hello, i’m vince.

i am glad you’re here.

As a coach, I believe in the full potential of every individual. I help my clients unlock their next chapter while helping amplify their voice and stay true to their most authentic selves. Everyone has a story and I give people a platform to pause and honor that story, while supporting them in finding the courage to move forward, cultivating transformational change, and becoming the best version of themselves.

My roots come from the non-profit sector; I began my career at the Justice and Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco where all of our clients were homeless or at risk. I am truly privileged to have served on several other non-profit boards throughout my career as well. Formally, I am a former Vice-President of Board Development at Seattle Works, a non-profit that connects volunteers and develops leaders in the Puget Sound. There I was able to successfully increase the diversity of the Board of Directors by 50% and helped steer the strategic plan of the organization. Most recently, I currently serve on the Advisory Council for the Seattle Reparatory Theater.

I am a graduate of The Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA and a designated associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

When I am not coaching, I am a recruiting leader, people manager, and internal coach at Meta Platforms, Inc. that is obsessed with building inclusive engineering and product teams. My leadership is deeply rooted in courage, empathy, authenticity, and vulnerability. Alongside a human-centered approach, my North Star is to foster a high performance, collaborative, and inclusive environment. I am lucky to support a talented team of full-cycle recruiters in doing the best work of their careers. My current team is distributed across the entire United States with a focus on hiring for all of our US offices and remote roles and I am experienced in leading recruiting initiatives across all of North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

The BIPOC Coach Collective was founded in June 2020, as an affinity space, with the mission to curate a brave and authentic space for coaches to connect in order to grow their businesses, advance professional development and elevate our voices globally in the coaching profession.

Our community is built on a foundation that centers trust, transparency, and the unyielding commitment to pursue our mission daily.
